Ever since its India launch in 2008, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been loved, especially by purists, for its robust construction, classic design, and riding experience devoid of electronic interventions. The new generation model, launched in September this year, has retained the signature character of the retro bike but has received a plethora of changes to improve the bike. As a result of this, the new Classic 350 has been racking up substantial sales for the company. According to reports, RE has manufactured over 1 lakh units of the new-gen Classic 350 in India since September 2021.

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 retains the classic design but now offers improved ergonomics. The bike is based on a new platform and draws power from an all-new 349 cc, air-cooled engine that is capable of delivering around 20 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of peak torque 4,000 rpm. This powerplant is offered in combination with a five-speed gearbox. The new Classic 350 also gets improved suspension and braking hardware as compared to the previous generation model. Besides this, the new Classic 350 is also more feature-rich than its predecessor; it gets a semi-digital instrument cluster and Tripper system, which is basically a coloured display to show turn-by-turn navigation signs and distance to turn.
